1. Account Rules

Opening an account with BigWin APK requires meeting a few basic criteria. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Each individual may only open one account – creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email, or device is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• BigWin APK may request a copy of your National ID card or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

BigWin APK supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. Transparency in payments is one of our top priorities.

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Deposits and withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are not permitted – all transactions must be made through the member's own account.
• BigWin APK reserves the right to temporarily hold and verify any suspicious transactions.

3. Betting Rules

Please familiarise yourself with the rules below before placing any bets. These rules apply equally across all Sports and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is void and the staked amount is refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BigWin APK reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In an accumulator bet with multiple selections, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.
• The cash-out feature is available on select markets and may not be offered across all markets.
• If match-fixing or irregularities are suspected, bets on that match may be suspended or voided.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

BigWin APK's bonus offers are designed to provide added value to our members. Please read the specific terms of each offer carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Each bonus carries its own wagering multiplier.
• A minimum odds of 1.50 is required for wagering to count. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute toward wagering progress.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Claim a new bonus only after the current one has been used or has expired.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings upon detection.
• BigWin APK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

BigWin APK is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. Any of the following actions will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of a single member.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Hacking the platform's software or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities.
• Providing false information at registration or using another person's identity.
• Placing a bet based on prior knowledge of a match result (insider trading).

6. Responsible Gaming

BigWin APK wants every member to bet in a healthy, enjoyable way and within their budget. To support this, we provide a range of dedicated tools.

• Self-Exclusion: Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

• BigWin APK reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any reason.
• If evidence of a violation is found, the accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• Members may also close their own account at any time – any remaining balance must be withdrawn beforehand.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

BigWin APK may update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• If you object to any changes, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
